Set up KnowBe4 on O365 to forward phishing emails to Radiant Security

Auto-forward KnowBe4 on O365 phishing emails to Radiant Security.

In this guide, you will configure KnowBe4 in Microsoft O365 to automatically forward user-reported phishing emails to Radiant Security. Radiant needs access to the original reported message for analysis, which is done by forwarding emails from your dedicated in-house phishing mailbox to a Radiant-managed mailbox for triage and investigation.

Prerequisites

Enable auto-forwarding to Radiant Security

  1. In KnowBe4, navigate to Account Integrations > Phish Alert.

  2. Edit the PAB configuration for Send Non-Simulated Emails to: and add [email protected]

  3. Click Save Phish Alert Settings to save the changes.

Note: You will need to allow some time for the new Phish Alert Button configuration to update across your user’s inboxes.
