That’s why we’ve created the Feedback & Support Button, a centralized hub that gives you quick access to the resources and tools you need to ensure your experience with us is smooth, secure, and effective.

### **Access the Feedback & Support Button**

To open the **Feedback & Support Button**, simply click the **?** button located on the bottom right side of your screen.

From here, you’ll have access to three options:

1. **Knowledge Base:**

2. **Report an issue:**

   If you encounter problems while using Radiant Security, use the **Report an issue** option to quickly notify our support team.
