At Radiant Security, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of your security operations is our top priority. That’s why we’ve created the Feedback & Support Button, a centralized hub that gives you quick access to the resources and tools you need to ensure your experience with us is smooth, secure, and effective.

### **Access the Feedback & Support Button**

To open the **Feedback & Support Button**, simply click the **?** button located on the bottom right side of your screen.

From here, you’ll have access to three options:

1. **Knowledge Base:**

   Your first stop for comprehensive guides, tutorials, and FAQs. Our [Knowledge Base](https://help.radiantsecurity.ai/) is designed to help you navigate and optimize your use of Radiant Security with insights and instructions tailored to your needs.
2. **Report an issue:**

   If you encounter problems while using Radiant Security, use the **Report an issue** option to quickly notify our support team. 3. **Send an idea:**
