# Set up KnowBe4 on Chrome to forward phishing emails to Radiant Security

In this guide, you will configure KnowBe4 in Google Workspace to automatically forward user-reported phishing emails to Radiant Security. Radiant needs access to the original reported message to perform analysis. This is done by forwarding emails from your dedicated in-house phishing mailbox to a Radiant-managed mailbox for triage and investigation.

### Prerequisites

* [ ] This configuration requires that you are an administrator of the KnowBe4 account.

### Configure method for reporting phishing emails

1. In KnowBe4, navigate to **Account Integrations** > **Phish Alert**.
2. Edit the PAB configuration for **Send Non-Simulated Emails to**: to include `alerts@report.radiantsecurity.ai`
3. Click **Save Phish Alert Settings** to save the changes. 
4. 5. Follow the steps in the [KnowBe4 guide](https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004304108-Google-Workspace-Phish-Alert-Button-PAB-Product-Manual) to install **Phish Alert Button** for Chrome.
