# Outlook Online Conditional Forwarding (Inbox Rules)

In this guide, you will configure conditional forwarding for a single Office 365 mailbox using Outlook Online or the Outlook desktop application. You will create inbox rules that control which messages are forwarded.

### **Set up conditional forwarding**

1. From the mailbox, (i.e. `phishing@example`.com) which receives phishing reports from end users, click **Rules** > **Manage Rules**

2. This will open the settings dialog with the rule manager. You’ll add a new rule with conditional forwarding to selectively forward the messages to a desired destination.
3. Click **+ Add new rule**.

4. Provide the following name, condition, and action for the rule:
   1. **Name**: `Forward to Radiant Security`
   2. **Add a** **Condition**: From the drop-down select **From**. Then, add the email addresses you want to forward to Radiant Security.
   3. **Add an Action**: From the drop-down, select **Redirect**. Then, enter `alerts@report.radiantsecurity.ai`

**Note**: Under **Add** **a** **Condition**, you can add multiple email addresses in the From list to build a list of users to apply the rule to. If you add another condition, it acts as an AND operator and will only match when both conditions are met.

5. Select the **Stop processing more rules** checkbox.

**Note**: The **Stop processing more rules** option prevents other rules from being applied to the message after this rule. If you have specific rules you want to apply to messages before the conditional forwarding rule, then make sure to move those rules higher up the rule list and do not enable them with the **Stop processing more rules** option.

6. Click **Save** to create the new rule.

**Note**: This guide uses the From condition as the sender of the message, but there are many options for conditions that you can choose from.&#x20;

**Note**: If you have multiple conditional forward rules, ensure that conditional forward rules are placed higher on the rule list so that they are processed before the default forward rule.
