Find the help that you need, report any issues, and send us feedback using the product reporting button.

Overview

At Radiant Security, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of your security operations is our top priority. That’s why we’ve created the Feedback & Support Button—a centralized hub that gives you quick access to the resources and tools you need to ensure your experience with us is smooth, secure, and effective.

Access the Feedback & Support Button

To open the Feedback & Support Button, simply click the ? button located on the bottom right side of your screen. From here, you’ll have access to three options:

  1. Knowledge Base:

    Your first stop for comprehensive guides, tutorials, and FAQs. Our Knowledge Base is designed to help you navigate and optimize your use of Radiant Security with insights and instructions tailored to your needs.

  2. Report an issue:

    If you encounter problems while using Radiant Security, use the Report an issue option to quickly notify our support team. This ensures that any disruptions are addressed swiftly and efficiently. Learn more about how to Report an Issue.

  3. Send an idea:

    Your feedback directly influences our product roadmap, helping us build a solution that meets your evolving needs. Use the Send an idea option to suggest new features or enhancements that would benefit your security operations. Find out how to Submit a Feature Request.
