Report issues you find using the product reporting button.

Overview

Bugs and issues can disrupt your workflow, but we’re here to help. Our new Feedback & Support button lets you quickly and easily report any problems you encounter while using Radiant Security. Whether it's a minor glitch or a major disruption, this guide will show you how to quickly submit your concerns to our support team.

Report an issue

  1. On the bottom right corner, click the Feedback & Support button. Here, you'll find options to access our knowledge base, report issues, or send feature requests.

  2. From the menu, click the Report an issue option.

  3. Use the drop-down menu to select the type of issue you’d like to report.

  4. In the Description box, provide a detailed explanation of your issue, including any relevant information like error messages, affected components, and steps to reproduce the problem.

  5. Click the camera or video button located in the bottom left corner to add a screenshot or screen recording.

  6. After you’ve entered all of the necessary information, click the Send button.

  7. After submitting your issue, you'll receive a confirmation message. Our support team will start reviewing your report and will contact you if they need more information.

How to take a screenshot of the issue

  1. On the bottom left corner, click the Capture & Annotate screen button.
  2. Click and drag to capture the area where you're experiencing the issue.
  3. Click the pen button to annotate your screenshot or indicate the exact location of the issue.
  4. Click Add Screenshot to save your screenshot to your report.

How to screen record the issue

  1. On the bottom left corner, click the Record screen button.
  2. A pop-up button will appear with two options: Start recording (to start screen recording) and Turn microphone on/off (to use your microphone to add audio commentary).
  3. Click REC when you're ready to record.
  4. Choose if you want to record a specific Tab, Screen or Entire Screen.
  5. Click Stop Recording when you're done recording. The recording will be automatically added to your report.

Best practices for reporting issues

  1. Provide as much detail as possible. The more information you provide, the quicker our team can address the issue.
  2. Attach relevant files, like screenshots, or recordings. This can significantly speed up the resolution process.
  3. Be specific about the steps to reproduce the issue. This helps our team replicate and diagnose the problem.

What if I can't open the product to report an issue?

In the off chance that you can't access the solution or use the Report an Issue button, access our Status Page to see if there's a known outage happening; If not, get in touch with support@radiantsecurity.ai detailing the situation and our product and customer support teams will address it swiftly.
