Submit your feature requests using the product reporting button.

Overview

At Radiant Security, we believe the best ideas often come from our customers. That’s why we’ve introduced a new way for you to share your insights and suggestions directly with our team. The Feedback & Support button lets you to easily submit ideas for new features or enhancements that would improve your experience with us. This article will guide you through the process of submitting a feature request.

Submit a feature request

  1. On the bottom right corner, click the Feedback & Support button. Here, you'll find options to access our knowledge base, report issues, or send feature requests.

  2. From the menu, click the Send an idea option.

  3. Fill out the short form.

    1. Which feature are you missing? - Briefly describe the feature you’re requesting. This could be anything from a new functionality to an improvement of an existing feature.
    2. What problem would that solve for you? - Explain why this feature is important to you. Describe how this feature would improve your workflow, solve a specific problem you're facing, or how it would make your experience better.
  4. If you have any visual examples, like screenshots or screen recordings, then attach them to your feature request to provide more context.

  5. Once you’ve filled out the form and attached any relevant files, click Request Feature to submit your idea. Our product team will review your request, and you may be contacted for further details or updates.

How to take a screenshot for your feature request

  1. On the bottom left corner, click the Capture & Annotate screen button.
  2. Click and drag to capture the area that you want to add.
  3. Click the pen button to annotate your screenshot or indicate the exact location of the feature you want.
  4. Click Add Screenshot to save the screenshot to your request.

How to screen record for your feature request

  1. On the bottom left corner, click the Record screen button.
  2. A pop-up button will appear with two options: Start recording (to start screen recording) and Turn microphone on/off (to use your microphone to add audio commentary).
  3. Click REC when you're ready to record.
  4. Choose if you want to record a specific Tab, Screen or Entire Screen.
  5. Click Stop Recording when you're done recording. The recording will be automatically added to your request.

What if I can't open the product to request a new feature?

In the off chance that you can't access the solution or use the Send an Idea button, access our Status Page to see if there's a known outage happening; If not, get in touch with support@radiantsecurity.ai to report an issue and submit your idea.
